Return Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our product, in order to maintain our commitment to the highest standards of safety and product integrity, all purchases are final sale.
Because The FaceTub is a personal wellness item, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right. We proudly stand behind the quality and functional design of our product.
We appreciate your understanding in supporting small wellness manufacturing practices and sincerely thank you for choosing The FaceTub to support your wellness journey.
Lifetime Warranty
Every FaceTub comes with a lifetime warranty.
If your product experiences a manufacturing defect or functional failure over time, we’ll replace it — free of charge.
To request a warranty claim:
- Email team@thefacetub.com
- Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to assist you
Please note: Warranty may not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@thefacetub.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or offering store credit at our discretion.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
European Union Orders
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This right only applies to unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return under this policy, contact us at team@thefacetub.com within 14 days of delivery.
